Straight from sunny Queensland, Australia. Chomi teams up with Australia Post to make sure your order zooms out the door within 24 - 72 hours! Order by 3pm, and we’ll have it ready to race out for next-day courier pick-up.
Late Friday order? No worries! We’ll have it all packed up and ready for Monday’s courier pick-up.
Please note: During holidays and big promotions, there may be a small delay. And just so you know, Chomi takes a break on Public Holidays.

- We ship on weekdays only (excluding Australian Public Holidays).
- We strive to ship orders on the same business day they're placed.
- Delivery times apply to orders made before 4:00pm AEST.
Important to Note
Authority to Leave
This grants the delivery driver permission to leave the shipment on the premises in the absence of anyone to receive it, eliminating the necessity for obtaining a signature. Once delivery is completed, any items lost or stolen become the responsibility of the customer, and Chomi does not provide replacements. Chomi bears no responsibility for parcels left unattended on the premises, exposed to sunlight, rain, or any adverse weather conditions. We recommend choosing “Signature Required” if there is no secure location to leave the parcel or if weather conditions may pose a risk to parcels left outdoors.
Incorrect Shipping Address
For the shipping address, we highly recommend providing an address where someone is available to receive the parcel during regular business hours from Monday to Friday. If no one is present to collect the parcel, the courier may leave it at the address, considering it safe to do so; otherwise, you are responsible for collecting it from a specified location.
Return to Sender
In the event that a parcel is returned to Chomi due to being unclaimed or having an incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is accountable for an additional handling and postage fee of $20 for re-delivery. This fee is what is charged by our couriers for return to sender packages. Opting for a refund on the returned parcel will result in a deduction of $20 from the total order amount to cover handling and postage fees. Chomi bears no responsibility for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not provide replacement packages. If you wish to re-deliver the package to you, you will need to pay the additional cost of re-delivery on top of the $20 AUD fee.
Lost Item(s)
Chomi disclaims responsibility for lost or stolen packages. To address this concern, we offer tracked shipping for all orders, where a parcel marked “Delivered” or “Completed” is considered successfully delivered.
Delivery Partner(s)
We utilise AusPOST for shipping, and customers with MyPOST accounts have the option to request Redirection and Safe Drop. However, it is important to note that Chomi DOES NOT recommend these options. If you choose to request Redirection and/or Safe Drop, Chomi relinquishes responsibility for lost parcels, undelivered parcels, or parcels delivered to an incorrect address in your order. To avoid the need for redirection, please ensure that your address is accurate on your order confirmation email.
