How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment with tracking information to keep you updated on the delivery status.
To ensure timely receipt of this information, please check your spam or junk folder, as our emails may occasionally be filtered there. Additionally, please confirm the accuracy of your provided email address to facilitate smooth communication.
For an alternative tracking method, you may also visit the Tracking Order page on Chomi’s Home page and enter your Order ID and Billing Email. The Tracking Order page can be access either navigating to the top of page to the truck icon or navigating to the footer of any pages.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
For updating your shipping address, please follow these steps within 1 hour of placing your order:
Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been dispatched, promptly contact us at hello@chomi.com.au with the subject “ADDRESS CHANGE – [Your Order Number].” Ensure the correct address is provided in the email to prevent delays, and we will make every effort to accommodate the change.
After Shipment: Once your order is dispatched, regrettably, we cannot alter the address. In the event of the order being returned due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund after deducting shipping costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or reshipment for parcels delivered to an incorrect address or lost during transit due to an inaccurate address.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Chomi is dedicated to promptly processing your orders, allowing for a limited timeframe to make changes. If you intend to cancel your order, please notify us by email within 1 hour of placing the order. Reach out to us at hello@chomi.com.au.
Please note that once an order is dispatched, we are unable to accommodate any modifications.
To cancel your order, kindly email us with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER – [Your Order Number].”

Why are there no SPF ratings shown on Korean sunscreen products?
While many Korean sunscreens have undergone clinical testing in various countries, such as the USA or Europe, they have not yet been specifically tested in the Australian environment. As a result, their SPF claims lack validation in Australia and may not adhere to Australian standards. Therefore, we have removed the SPF ratings on these products.
What should I do if I experience an allergic reaction to your products?
As is the case with any skincare products, skin reactions are possible. If you are aware of specific allergies, kindly contact us at hello@chomi.com.au before placing an order or refer to the product descriptions and ingredient lists on our website.
It is highly recommended to conduct a patch test on a small area of your skin if you are uncertain. In the event of any adverse reactions, discontinue use and seek medical attention if necessary.
We apologise in advance if our products cause an allergic reaction. However, please note that Chomi is not responsible for any reactions that may occur, and we cannot provide replacements or accept returns in such cases. We sincerely hope this scenario never arises!

When will I receive my order?
Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method.
For AUS orders this is typically within 1-7 business days.
For International orders this is typically within 7-14 business days.

NOTE: Please be aware that international shipments with Chomi may experience unexpected delays beyond our control, such as processing times by local customs in the destination country. Upon the dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link. Kindly use the provided tracking link to stay informed about the latest updates on your delivery.

- Flat Rate Standard Shipping – $11 (1-7 business days)
- Express Shipping – Calculate at checkout (1-5 business days)
New Zealand
- Standard – Calculate at checkout (1-14 business days)

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our international shipping is limited to New Zealand. We are restricting international shipping at the moment due to high shipping fees, but we hope to resume these services soon! For more information on international shipping, please see our Shipping Policy.
Returns︱Refunds︱Exchanges

Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?
Regrettably, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for shipped orders due to the nature of our products unless the items inside the package are found to be damaged upon receipt.
Prior to dispatch, all products undergo a quality check. While we make every effort to ensure your product arrives in impeccable condition, damage may occur during the delivery process. Should you discover damaged items within the box, please reach out to us at hello@chomi.com.au within 14 days, attaching photos of the affected product(s) (excluding images of the damaged box, as it does not impact the product quality).
Our policy stipulates a 14-day timeframe. If more than 14 days have elapsed since you received your purchase and it is damaged, we regret to inform you that we cannot authorise a refund or exchange.
In the event of delayed or undelivered refunds (if applicable):
Check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Refund posting may require some time.
Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before the refund is reflected. Allow up to 10 business days for the credited amount to appear in your account.
