Returns & Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. You must submit a return request by emailing us before sending any items back, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Submit a return request by emailing us.
- Include your full name, order number and provide details of the product(s) you would like to return.
- Sit tight! Our team will review your request and provide further instructions. Once we receive the returned item(s), they will be inspected, and we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please send us an email.
Damaged Items
At Chomi, we take great care in packing every order. However, occasional transit damage may still occur.
If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Email or fill out the Contact Us form to submit an enquiry.
- Include your full name and order number. Attach clear photos and videos of the damage as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
- Our team will review your submission and get in touch with the next steps.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not accept items that are opened and used.
